How to Shop at Universal Studios Japan with Aiyu Japan: A Complete Guide
Exclusive merchandise from Nintendo World, Harry Potter, Jujutsu Kaisen, Minions, and many other Universal Studios Japan (USJ) attractions can be hard to obtain from overseas.
This guide explains exactly how the service works, how to submit your requests, how on-site shopping is scheduled, and what fees apply.
1. How the Service Works
Submit your product links
- Find the items you want on the official USJ web store. USJ Online Catalog: USJ Store CLICK HERE :D
- Copy the product links.
- Upload all links to your Aiyu Japan account.
- We confirm everything and send you an invoice with:
- Product price
- Service fee per item
- On-site shopping fee.
Most of USJ products are not available to buy online, however can be bought at the park.
2. How to schedule a park visit
Because park entry requires planning, the steps are as follows:
1. Contact us directly
Send us a message via Instagram, Whatsapp Business, or Facebookto ask about availability for an on-site shopping date.
2. Confirm the available shopping day
Our team will inform you when we can visit the park. We usually go once per week, typically on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
3. Reservation and payment
Once availability is confirmed, we issue an invoice for all your items and services fee.
After your reservation is approved, your request is officially scheduled.
3. How much does it cost?
3.1 Service fee per item
- ¥500 per item (for products up to ¥10,000)
- ¥1,000 per item (for products over ¥10,000)
3.2 On-Site Shopping Fee
¥1,500 per park visit Universal Studios Japan.
This is a single payment per ocassion .
3.3 Fee for limited items (if applicable)
Some USJ items are limited to 1 per person.
To purchase these items, an additional fee applies:
- Extra ¥1,000 per limited item
There is no general limit on the quantity of items a customer may request unless the park imposes restrictions.
After the Purchase: Storage, Processing, and International Shipping.
Once your items arrive at our warehouse in Osaka, we storage them and you can request for shipping or buy more products!
You may combine multiple USJ purchases with other orders from Japanese stores before shipping.
