Shopping Agent Service Update

During December 2025, Aiyu Japan will apply a new fee structure for purchases made through the Shopping Agent service. The new pricing model sets a fixed fee per item depending on the product value.

New fees:

• 500 yen per item for products up to 10,000 yen

• 1,000 yen per item for products over 10,000 yen

• The additional 10% on the total will be removed, making the fee strictly item-based

All premium benefits of the service will remain active, including shopping agent support in Japan, unlimited storage, package consolidation, photos upon request via social media, and private purchase support.

Payment processing fee (Stripe/Bank):

Stripe is our exclusive payment processor for credit/debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Each payment will include an approximate processing fee of 3.9%. This fee corresponds to Stripe and is not profit for Aiyu Japan.

Locker Service Update:

To simplify and improve the Locker Service experience, a new fee structure will be implemented. The fee will change from 500 yen per item to 1,000 yen per box received, regardless of the number of items inside.

Unlimited storage remains included without additional cost until further notice. Orders made through Locker Service and Shopping Agent cannot be consolidated with each other.

New Extra Services:

For special purchases outside online stores, we offer additional services that are not yet available on the website. Requests must be made through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

Added services:

• In-person shopping in Osaka: 1,500 yen per visit (transportation included)

• Purchase of limited-quantity products: for items with a limit of 1–3 units per person, an extra cost of 1,000 yen per limited item will apply
