This air shipping route is available exclusively for Aiyu Japan customers. Our goal is to provide the best purchasing and shipping solution from Japan to Paraguay, offering a simplified process with full support from our staff.

2. Where does the package arrive in Paraguay?
We operate in partnership with AYD Import Export SRL.
Packages arrive at the AYD Import Export facility in Asunción, where they are processed and prepared for pickup. Once the shipment lands, we will notify customers individually or announce the arrival publicly.
Customer options:
• Pickup at AYD Import Export in Asunción
• Private delivery to any city in Paraguay (additional fee applies)
3. Services required to use this shipping route
To use the Japan → Paraguay air cargo route, the customer must use one of Aiyu Japan’s services:
3.1 Shopping Agent Service
Fee: ¥500 per item (approx. 3 USD)
Includes product photos upon request, package consolidation, unlimited storage, private support, and full purchase handling by Aiyu Japan.
Customers may upload product links to their account and our team will handle the purchase in Japan.
3.2 Japanese Locker / Address in Japan
Fee: ¥1000 per package received (approx. 6 USD)
Includes unlimited storage
Ideal for customers who shop directly from Japanese stores and send their items to our warehouse for later consolidation and shipment to Paraguay.
4. What products can be shipped?
Allowed products (small to medium items):
• Clothing
• Figures and toys
• Collectibles
• Light electronics
• Beauty items without alcohol or liquid creams
• Snacks and processed non-perishable food
• Household goods
• Small spare parts
• Accessories, backpacks, etc.
Not allowed:
• Large batteries (powerbanks, big drones)
• Gas - oils -- any kind.
• Perfumes, sprays, aerosols
• Flammable or hazardous liquids
• Chemicals
• Perishable or frozen food
• Large spare parts or auto parts
• Any item restricted by aviation regulations

5. Shipping cost calculation
Charges are based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Volumetric weight formula: (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000
Example A – Actual weight applies:
Actual weight: 8 kg – Volumetric weight: 4.8 kg
8 kg × 35 USD = 280 USD
Example B – Volumetric weight applies:
Actual weight: 3 kg – Volumetric weight: 4.8 kg
4.8 kg × 35 USD = 168 USD
Important note: Price includes customs clearance in Paraguay. Local delivery services have an additional fee.
6. Frequency and delivery times
• Direct shipment Japan → Asunción
• Scheduled departures twice per month: the 10th and 25th
• Estimated delivery time: around 2 weeks after departure
• Includes Paraguay customs clearance
• Nationwide delivery available at additional cost
