Christmas and New Year Holidays – Aiyu Japan
We would like to inform our customers about Aiyu Japan’s operating schedule during the Christmas and New Year period in Japan, as well as important information regarding international shipments.
Christmas – December 25
In Japan, December 25 is not a public holiday. For this reason, Aiyu Japan will continue operating normally on this date. All services, including purchasing, order processing, item reception, and customer support, will remain available without any changes.
New Year Holidays
Due to the New Year holidays in Japan, Aiyu Japan will be closed on December 31 and January 1. Normal operations will resume on January 2, and all services will be available again from that date.
International Shipping – Japan Post (Airmail / EMS)
Please note that Japan Post will suspend international shipping services during the New Year period. Airmail and EMS shipments will not be accepted from December 31 to January 4.
The last day to accept international shipments before the suspension is December 30. Shipping services will resume on January 5. Any shipment requests made during the suspension period will be processed and dispatched once services resume.
Important Notice
We kindly recommend planning your purchases and shipping requests in advance, especially if you require your items to be shipped before the end of the year.
