Urgent Notice: Purchases of Mercari have been temporarily suspended due to maintenance
We are still receiving orders for Mercari, but purchases are on hold from October 31 through November 3 (approx.) due to an emergency migration.
Due to an emergency migration related to Mercari, we will be unable to process purchases on Mercari from October 31 through approximately November 3. During this period, you can continue to submit your purchase requests for Mercari products as usual; however, the purchase processes will not be carried out.
What will happen to your order: If the product is still available when the maintenance ends, we’ll process your purchase without any issues. If we’re able to restore service before then, the purchase will be processed earlier. If the product is no longer available at the time of purchase, the credits will be refunded to your account, as usual.
