We'll complete the pending purchases in the queue and refund any that weren't made. You can still pay to reserve them; we'll make the purchases once maintenance is complete.
The pending purchases of the products in the queue were completed. In cases where a product could not be purchased, the amount paid was refunded to the user's Aiyu Japan wallet.
Our "Mercari" service will remain under maintenance through the second week of November. During this period, you may make a payment to reserve the product; the purchase will be processed once maintenance is complete or earlier, subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, the funds will be refunded to your account.
