Your address in Japan
Shop at any Japanese store. We receive it, store it and ship it to you.

What it is
A Japanese address in your name
Many Japanese stores only ship within Japan. With our Forwarding Service, you buy and pay directly at the store using our Osaka warehouse address. We receive the package, add it to your account and ship it to you whenever you're ready.
Best for stores that don't ship abroad, buying from several stores, or combining everything into one box.

Your address
Your Japanese address, ready to copy
Find it in My account and copy it exactly: name, postal code, address (street and building number), phone number and Aiyu ID.
Keep the tracking number the store gives you in case you need to check your order.
Before you buy, check that the item can be shipped to your country.
Always include your Aiyu ID. It tells us the package is yours. Without it, we have to verify it with the tracking number, the sender and your receipt, which takes longer. Package marked as delivered but not in your account? Here's what to do.

We store your packages for free while you wait for other orders and keep each product's original box. Whenever you're ready, we combine them into one box for shipping.
