My package shows as delivered in Japan. Why is it not in my account yet?

When tracking shows delivery in Japan, it means the carrier has marked the package as delivered to the Japanese address. However, appearing inside your Aiyu Japan account requires an additional internal registration process.

Delivered tracking AJ code Warehouse registration Manual review Support

“Delivered” does not always mean “registered”

The delivery status belongs to the Japanese carrier tracking. Registration in your Aiyu Japan account is a separate step, where our team identifies the package, checks the available information, and links it to the correct user.

    1
Delivered by the carrier The package was marked as received at the Japanese address.
    2
Registered in your account The package was identified by Aiyu Japan and linked to your user account.

Why it may take a little longer

Registration time may vary depending on the number of packages received, how clear the shipping label is, whether the AJ code is included, the name used for the purchase, and whether the package needs manual review.

    Internal review after carrier delivery
    Process

From delivered tracking to account registration

Registration does not happen automatically at the exact same time as the carrier delivery. First, the package must be received, identified, and correctly linked to an account.

    1

    The store ships the package

The Japanese store sends the order through a local carrier.

    2

    Tracking shows delivery

The carrier marks the package as delivered in Japan.

    3

    The warehouse receives it

The package enters Aiyu Japan's internal receiving flow.

    4

    The AJ code is checked

Our team reviews the label, name, tracking number, and available purchase information.

    5

    It appears in your account

Once identified, the package is registered in your dashboard.

    Common reasons

Why it may not show in your account yet

    It was delivered recently

The tracking may update before our team completes the internal registration.

    AJ

    The AJ code is missing

If the package does not include your AJ code, it may require manual review to identify it.

    2

    The store split the order

One order may arrive in several boxes, on different dates, or with different tracking numbers.

    ID

    The details do not match

If the name, address, or reference was entered differently, it may take longer to confirm the correct user.

    Weekend or holiday delivery

If the package arrives outside operating hours, registration may take a little longer.

    ?

    It needs verification

In some cases, the label, sender, or order information must be reviewed manually.

Information that helps us find your package

The more information you provide, the easier it is for our team to review the package and link it correctly to your account.

AJ code Helps us identify your Aiyu Japan account.
Japanese tracking number Helps us review the delivery status and carrier.
Name used for the purchase Important when the label does not include the AJ code.
Store or seller Helps identify the sender or the related order.
Order number Allows us to match the package with the original purchase.
Order screenshot Useful when the shipping label does not show clear information.
    AJ

If you forgot to include your AJ code

It does not necessarily mean the package is lost. However, it may take longer to identify because our team needs to review the tracking number, sender, label, and details provided by the customer.

    Split orders

One order may arrive in several boxes

Some Japanese stores split one order into multiple shipments. This can happen because of separate stock, different warehouses, different shipping dates, or product size.

    2

    Each package is registered separately

If the store ships one order in several boxes, each received package is reviewed and registered separately. If you use a Japanese forwarding address or locker service, the receiving fee applies per package received.

    When to contact support

When it is best to send an inquiry

If tracking shows delivered and the package still does not appear in your account after a reasonable amount of time, you can contact support with the shipment details.

    !

    Avoid sending an incomplete inquiry

To review the case correctly, please include the tracking number, AJ code, store, name used for the purchase, and the order confirmation or screenshot.

Does your package show as delivered, but it is still not in your account?

Send us the tracking number, your AJ code, the store name, and the purchase confirmation so our team can review the case.
