Duties and customs
Japan Post does not accept prepaid-tax shipments to Portugal for now, so import VAT, the €3 EU duty per item and, from 1 November 2026, the €2 EU handling fee per item are paid on delivery, plus the local carrier fee. If you prefer, we can quote DHL or UPS.
What can be shipped
Perfumes cannot be shipped. Items with batteries, food, watches, jewelry and large, fragile or high-value items depend on the destination: message us before buying them.
