Submit the original link of the product, quantity and exact variant. We will review the request and prepare a quote. Upon approval and confirmation of payment, we will attempt to complete the purchase according to accepted instructions. The ordinary fee is ¥500 per purchase item; The breakdown of units and lots is confirmed in the quote.
A link, quote or payment does not reserve stock from the seller. We will inform you if the product is out of stock or the price changes. We will not buy substitutes or accept a higher price without your authorization.
Locker · You make the purchase
Buy directly from the store and use your account address with your ID AJ. The fee is ¥1,000 per package received under this service. The customer maintains the contractual relationship and payment procedures with that store. Aiyu receives and prepares to forward the packet.
Purchases made by Aiyu as Shopping Agent do not additionally receive the locker fee for the same receiving service.
Storage and consolidation
Ordinary storage is free and without a general maximum term. You can collect purchases and request that they be grouped for shipping. Standard consolidation is included. Materials or special work, if necessary, are budgeted before being executed. Consult Storage and Consolidation.
In-person purchasing in Osaka
We evaluate visits to stores, events and pop-ups. The visiting fee is ¥3,000, plus ¥500 per item and transportation indicated in the quote. The visit, travel and cancellation conditions must be approved in advance. Stock, access, draw, promotional benefits or position in line are not guaranteed.
If the authorized visit is carried out and there is no stock, the work and transportation actually carried out that were reported continue to be payable. There is no charge for a purchase that was not made.
Photos, inspections, and other add-on services
Photographs are requested to identify specific aspects of the article. Any extended inspection, video, special protection or handling is dependent on acceptance and prior pricing. There is no technical diagnosis, certification of authenticity or performance warranty included by default. Consult Inspection and photographs.
International shipping and deliveries in Japan
The alternatives enabled for each package are offered: Airmail, EMS, UPS, DHL and Aiyu Air for Paraguay. Shipping is quoted after packaging. Deliveries within Japan may be arranged with prior authorization and specific conditions, including hotel acceptance where applicable.
The price of the product and the intermediation are paid in the first stage; international shipping and pending additionals, in the second. A delivery date is not guaranteed without an express written commitment.
