Voluntary participation
Aiyunboxing allows customers who received a shipment to share an actual unboxing or review and submit their link to claim promotional credit. Participation is not necessary to use Aiyu and does not affect your rights regarding a purchase or claim.
The request must come from the account holder and be linked to the Shipping ID of the shipment received. Invented experiences or content from someone else's purchase are not allowed.
Deadline to submit the application
You have ten calendar days from the delivery of the package to publish its contents and send the link to Aiyu Japan. Posting it on a social network is not equivalent to submitting the request: you must register it from Aiyunboxing in your account within the same period.
The content must remain accessible during the participation period. Keep the link available until the review is complete so the team can check it out. It is not necessary to provide passwords or access to private messages.
Platforms and multiple posts
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X are supported, as long as the link is accessible for review and the platform or group rules are respected. The official account of Instagram is @aiyu.japan.
You can submit requests for different boxes when they belong to different shipments. You can also post the same video or content on different social networks and feature links to those posts. Posting on another platform does not guarantee a new reward or multiply the submission maximum.
Each request must identify its platform, link and Shipping ID. Repeating the same URL as a new post or attributing the same package to different shipments to circumvent the limit is not supported. Before publishing, hide addresses, telephone numbers, complete labels and third-party data.

The amount depends on the internal evaluation of Aiyu Japan. The scoring criteria and their weightings are internal and are not published; This does not modify the requirements, ranges and limits communicated to the participant. Submitting content does not guarantee approval or the maximum amount.
The maximum is ¥5,000 per content and collectively ¥5,000 per shipment. Posts of the same shipment on different networks accumulate within that limit, they do not generate a limit of ¥5,000 per network. Each different shipment has its own evaluation and limit.
Review and accreditation
The review is carried out within one to ten days from the submission of the application. If approved, the approved amount is credited to Aiyu Japan's wallet over the next 24 hours.
The review may end after the submission deadline of ten days from delivery. Having submitted the application on time preserves your submission date; the client does not lose eligibility just because Aiyu finishes reviewing it later.
The history must identify link, platform, shipment, request date, status and approved amount. You can request a review of a rejection by providing additional information. It is not required to publish the internal scoring criteria to communicate the result or a cause of ineligibility.
Use of credit
The approved credit does not expire. It can be used for purchases, shipping and other services or charges payable through the Aiyu Japan wallet. Its use is not limited to the next shipment or only to shipping.
It is promotional credit, not a refund to the card, a money transfer or a withdrawable balance. It is identified separately from the funds contributed by the client. It does not allow you to pay directly to a third party outside the platform. Consult Balance, credits and coupons.
Authentic reviews and transparency
The review should reflect a real experience and may include positive or negative observations. A favorable opinion is not required. You must clearly indicate that you participate in a program that may grant credits and use advertising labels required by the platform or applicable law.
Stolen content, impersonation, fake accounts or violation of third-party rights are not allowed. The publication of the same content on different networks is not, in itself, a breach.
Content rights
The participant retains his or her rights and authorizes access and preservation of the evidence necessary to review the application and manage the credit. The link does not grant an unlimited advertising license.
Reusing content in ads, editing, or posting to Aiyu channels requires additional authorization identifying the scope and duration. The rules are not modified retroactively for an already accepted entry. Accredited fraud may motivate the withdrawal of the affected reward, with an opportunity for clarification and without appropriation of other funds.
