Standard receipt
Registering a package allows it to be identified and associated with an account. It does not constitute a guarantee that all its parts, accessories or functions have been checked. External controls and justified openings can be made for security, identification, customs or packaging.
Photographs upon request
Indicate the item ID and what you want to see: label, variant, exterior condition, visible accessories, or a specific angle. Aiyu will confirm the scope, feasibility and if there is a cost before performing the service.
A photograph shows the visible state at the time of capture. It does not in itself prove authenticity, functioning, absence of internal damage or future conservation. Lighting and screen differences may alter color perception.

Services not included by default
Power on, power connection, software installation, battery testing, cleaning, repair, disassembly, appraisal, grading or certification of authenticity are not included. Neither is chemical composition, sterility or fitness for medical use certified.
Sealed and collectible items
Opening a stamp or box may affect collectible value, store profits, or returnability. Aiyu will request authorization for an optional opening that affects those conditions. A legal or security need may prevent keeping the product closed; In that case it will be reported when possible.
Discrepancies detected
If the contracted review detects a difference, it will be reported and a decision requested before continuing where feasible. The consultation with the seller may have short deadlines; The customer must respond diligently. Refusing an inspection does not eliminate rights due to an error attributable to Aiyu.
Before ordering an additional, check its scope and price in the quote. The cost paid obliges you to perform the agreed service and not just receive the request.
Retention of photographs
Regular product and package photos are retained for approximately seven days and then deleted. Please save your copy during its availability. This rule does not require deletion of necessary evidence of a claim nor does it affect Aiyunboxing's review schedule. Consult the Privacy Policy.
