Balance contributed by the client
The paid balance is identified by transaction and currency. It is used for authorized operations within Aiyu, with details of applications, reservations, returns and available quantity. It is not offered as an investment, bank account or interest-bearing product.
The available charging, booking and payment functions are displayed in the account and must comply with applicable regulations.
Funds reserved for orders
An amount may be committed for an authorized purchase or bid. The reserve must not exceed approved obligations and is released when the assignment ends without using those funds. Losing an auction does not convert the unused balance into commission.
Refund of available funds
You can request a review of the unapplied balance to info@aiyujapan.com. Ownership, origin, pending obligations and legal or supplier limitations will be verified. Reimbursable amounts will be refunded in accordance with the applicable regime, preferably to the original payment method.
There is no automatic loss due to inactivity, account closure or opening a dispute. A hold must respond to an actual obligation or review, be proportionate in scope, and communicated when possible.
Promotional credits
Aiyunboxing credits are a promotional reward separate from the money contributed. They do not expire and can be used for purchases, shipments and other items payable through the Aiyu Japan wallet. They are not withdrawable in cash nor are they equivalent to a bank refund.
They are credited within 24 hours of approval of the application. The ranges and the accumulated limit per shipment are detailed in Aiyunboxing. Other promotions or coupons may have their own conditions, informed before participating; Its expiration does not apply to Aiyunboxing credits.
A retroactive expiration date is not created nor is a mandatory monetary refund converted to promotional credit without valid basis and acceptance where applicable.
Coupons and misuse
Each coupon indicates discount, dates, minimum, limit and restrictions. No accumulation with another campaign is presumed. If there are signs of duplicity, impersonation or false content, Aiyu may review the affected reward and allow clarification before removing it for proven non-compliance.
History and account closure
The customer can request a breakdown of movements and justified corrections. Closing requires resolving open transactions and determining the destination of funds and packages. Records required to be retained by law do not automatically disappear when you close your account.
