It is not assumed that all cards or all methods are available in each country. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes to the support team.
When payment is due
For Shopping Agent, the purchase is made after approving the quote and verifying the payment. International shipping is quoted and paid separately when the package is prepared. Visits and extras are paid according to your budget.
A pending charge, screenshot, or receipt does not equate to confirmed funds. If you detect a duplicate or unrecognized payment, please report it using the transaction ID.
Currency and conversion
Aiyu invoices in JPY. Your bank or provider may apply conversion and own costs. Before confirming, check the yen amount and the conversion offered. A refund in JPY may be equivalent to another amount in your currency due to exchange rate variations.
Processing fees
Any charge to the customer for a payment method must appear expressly before confirming and be permitted by regulations and the provider's contract. A commission that Stripe or PayPal charges to Aiyu is not automatically passed on to the client.
No hidden percentages are added after payment. External banking costs charged directly by the customer's entity are governed by your contract with that entity.
Refunds and security
Refunds of payments are processed, when possible, to the original payment method and owner. If not viable, a verified alternative will be agreed. Funds are not remitted to a third party account based on an unverified instruction.
If a payment requires review, the affected order can be paused. Aiyu will request only necessary information and explain the next step. Consult Cancellations and returns and Balance and credits.
