What determines the price
The method, destination, exterior dimensions, weight, content, value and surcharges of the route influence the cost. The pre-receipt estimate may change when actual measurements are known.
Actual and volumetric weight
The actual weight corresponds to the package with its packaging. The volumetric weight reflects the space it occupies. When the operator applies it, it normally compares both and uses the one that is billable according to its rate.
The formula depends on the service. As an example, if a divisor of 5,000 is applied, a 40 × 30 × 25 cm box is equivalent to 6 volumetric kg. An actual 4kg box could then be quoted for 6kg, subject to operator rounding. The divisor 5,000 is an example; not a rule for all routes.

Later adjustments
If before dispatch the operator corrects measurements or changes a rate, Aiyu will explain the difference and request acceptance when appropriate. Subsequent charges for customs, remote area, incorrect address, return or management must be documented and assigned according to the cause and contracted conditions.
There are no indefinite surcharges for a generic authorization. If the error comes from Aiyu, the company assumes 100% of the expenses necessary to correct it and any direct damages attributable to it.
Estimates and consolidation
A calculator guides, but does not replace the final quote. Consolidating can reduce initial bearing and, at the same time, increase the volume or value subject to controls. The decision is made with actual package data and constraints.
