Aiyu Japan is the brand under which SERRUDO 合同会社 provides purchasing, receiving, storage, consolidation and shipping management intermediation services. The English reference SERRUDO LLC identifies the same Japanese operator; does not represent a second company incorporated in the United States.

What we do
We purchase customer-selected items from sellers in Japan, receive customer-made purchases through package-forwarding service, and prepare packages for shipment. We also evaluate in-person purchase requests in Osaka.

Relationship with stores and carriers
The stores sell the products; Aiyu provides the agreed intermediation. Transportation is entrusted to the operators identified in each shipment. A commercial mention or link to a platform does not imply an official alliance or authorization to use all its functions.

For company inquiries, please use info@aiyujapan.com. To send a purchase to the locker, please only use the address assigned within your account along with your ID AJ. The published corporate address is not a substitute for that address. We do not offer in-person package pickup.
Purchases, receipts and recipients
Purchases made by Aiyu are managed through SERRUDO 合同会社, and seller receipts are issued in the name of the company. Packages and their labels are assigned to the user and their first and last name as the recipient. In the locker, the direct purchase from the seller is made by the customer. The trading platform is currently available in Spanish and English.
