Standard consolidation
Standard consolidation is included and allows received items to be gathered into a compatible package. Request it by selecting the products on your account and indicate any storage instructions on the packaging before the box is prepared.
It is not guaranteed that all purchases can go together. Restrictions on batteries, liquids, food, dimensions and value may require separation or a different route.
What packaging is preserved
Domestic shipping boxes may be replaced during ordinary preparation when necessary for reasonable consolidation. Commercial boxes, blister packs, labels, seals and accessories are retained unless specifically authorized to remove them or a legal or security need.
If the product box has collectible value, please indicate this before packaging. Requesting its removal does not imply authorizing the elimination of parts, manuals or other content.
Protection and special work
Packaging reasonably appropriate to the accepted content and service will be used. Special materials or work outside the standard consolidation are quoted in advance. An instruction that leaves the product without sufficient protection may be rejected or require an alternative.
Acceptance of removing packaging does not exonerate negligent packaging. A manipulation such as compression, vacuum or disassembly is only carried out if it is offered, is feasible and the customer authorizes its specific risks.
Final weight and dimensions
The weight includes box and protective material. It may change when consolidating or repackaging. Transportation may charge by actual weight or volume; A single box does not guarantee a lower price.

Changes after preparing the box
Adding, removing or dividing items after packing may require redoing the work. Aiyu will indicate if it is possible and the cost of the modification before making it. Aiyu assumes 100% of the costs of correcting its own error in selection, preparation or packaging, including direct damages attributable to it.
Once the package is delivered to the carrier, the changes depend on their operational capabilities and rates.
