Not all options appear for all packages. Current quote information takes precedence over a general list of methods.
Preparation, transit and delivery
The total period includes receipt of purchases, identification, consolidation, payment, delivery to the operator, transportation and customs clearance. Transit estimates do not necessarily include the previous stages.
A date is not guaranteed for birthdays, events, flights or other personal needs unless expressly applicable. Aiyu will report known incidents and provide available tracking.
Aiyu Air
Departures announced for the 15th and the last day of the month must be reconfirmed in each campaign or quote; They do not constitute a fixed contractual calendar. The receiving cutoff, transit time, and delivery at Paraguay are communicated for each departure.
Aiyu Air coverage has a reference surcharge of ¥500 per shipment, up to USD 1,000, in accordance with the written conditions of coverage, exclusions and responsible for compensating that must be provided before purchasing. It is not equivalent to a universal money-back guarantee. Consult Claims and coverage.
Shipping within Japan
They are evaluated by prior request. The recipient must be able to receive them and, if it is a hotel, agree to keep the package under the conditions of your reservation. A delivery slot is a preference subject to the operator. There is no in-person collection at the warehouse.
Suspension or rejection of a route
Admission may change due to regulations, capacity or operator decisions. If the method is no longer available before dispatch, the alternatives and their costs will be informed to obtain authorization. You don't switch to a more expensive option without consent.
The lack of a route does not automatically make a completed purchase refundable. Return, storage or other lawful solution will be evaluated, considering the information that Aiyu gave when accepting the order.
EMS: initial coverage and extension
EMS includes initial coverage of up to ¥20,000 per shipment, subject to its conditions and actual loss. Aiyu offers an additional ¥500 per shipment to handle the expansion. The value actually protected must be confirmed before dispatch. Without paying and contracting the extension, ordinary coverage for the value of the items is limited to ¥20,000. This limitation does not apply to Aiyu errors. Consult Claims and coverage.
