Selection and purchase
You choose the item and its specifications. Aiyu processes the accepted request according to your selection and the terms provided. The purchase may depend on a store, private seller, platform, lottery, or auction, each with its own rules.
We cannot guarantee that a listing will remain available or that a store will accept the transaction. If the product or price changes, we will ask for your instructions before proceeding with a different purchase request.
Descriptions, translations, and authenticity
Photos, translations, and product listings may contain errors from the original source or be subject to limitations in interpretation. They do not constitute independent certification. Any material differences between the link and the quote must be clarified before payment. Aiyu remains responsible for its own processing and information errors.
The service does not include item authentication, card grading, appraisal, technical diagnostics, or laboratory testing of ingredients. A visual inspection, even if purchased separately, covers only the aspects expressly agreed upon.
Condition, functionality, and warranty
The seller determines whether an item is new, used, incomplete, or intended for repair. Any disclosed signs of wear and differences in sizing, regional compatibility, or language should be considered before purchasing. A manufacturer’s warranty may be limited to Japan or may require documents, registration, or action by the original purchaser.
If you need to make a warranty claim, first request an assessment of feasibility, costs, and required documentation. Do not return the item on your own without instructions.
Bonuses, promotions, and random items
Store gifts, photo cards, codes, points, and other bonuses are not included unless expressly confirmed in the quote. A random item does not guarantee a particular result. Aiyu cannot guarantee event admission, personalized attendee details, code activation, or acceptance of personal registrations that depend on third parties.
Shipping, customs, and our responsibilities
Carriers and authorities may inspect, delay, reject, or return goods. Aiyu handles the issues within its responsibility, retains the available evidence, and reports the outcome. Engaging a carrier does not relieve Aiyu of its own obligations regarding preparation, safekeeping, and handling.
This document defines the scope of the service. It does not exclude non-waivable rights or liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or breaches attributable to Aiyu. For the applicable procedure, see Claims and coverage.
Errors by the Aiyu team
Aiyu covers 100% of the costs required to correct its own errors and any substantiated direct damages attributable to it. This includes purchasing the wrong item, omitting an item, damage in the warehouse, and inadequate packaging. This responsibility does not depend on the carrier’s insurance. See Claims and coverage.
