Prices and other charges
The standard assisted-purchase fee is ¥500 per item purchased. The parcel-forwarding service costs ¥1.000 per package received. An in-person visit in Osaka costs ¥3.000, plus ¥500 per item and transportation quoted in advance. Standard storage and consolidation are included.
The product price, domestic and international shipping charges, accepted add-ons, and applicable taxes or surcharges are itemized separately. No additional parcel-forwarding fee is charged for the ordinary receipt of a product purchased through the Shopping Agent service. The advertised amounts of ¥500, ¥1.000, and ¥3.000 are the final prices for those services. The itemized statement and receipt show the applicable tax treatment without adding a tax surcharge to the advertised final amount.
Payment and service delivery
Payment is made through Stripe or PayPal when available, or by another expressly stated method. A purchase is attempted after the quotation has been accepted and funds have been confirmed. International shipping is arranged after the package has been prepared, quoted, and paid for.
Each order quotation must state the expected processing time and any relevant release date or condition. For pre-orders, no estimated arrival date will be fabricated. The quotation must state how long it remains valid; if it expires, it may need to be updated before it can be accepted.
Cancellations and refunds
Before an order is carried out, Aiyu Japan will assess whether it can be stopped and will refund unused amounts, subject to any lawful deductions for work actually performed or authorized costs. Once a purchase has been made, no free discretionary cancellation is available solely because the customer has changed their mind; any mandatory rights and applicable seller terms remain unaffected.
Aiyu bears 100% of the cost of correcting its own errors and any direct damage attributable to it. A physical return requires instructions and an allocation of costs based on the cause. For details, see Cancellations and refunds.
Special conditions and technical requirements
Availability depends on the seller and on whether the item can be received and shipped. Access requires a compatible browser, an internet connection, and a working email address. Merely registering an account does not enroll the customer in a recurring subscription.
Before an order is confirmed, the product, quantity, amount, additional charges or how they are calculated, payment method, time frame, cancellation terms, and an opportunity to correct entered information must be displayed. This page does not replace the information provided for the specific order.
