Clear purchasing fee
The regular fee is ¥500 per purchase item. The package-forwarding service has its own charging base: ¥1,000 per package received. The quote indicates which service applies; There is no additional locker charge for receiving the same purchase managed through Shopping Agent.
Free storage
Ordinary storage does not have a periodic cost or a general maximum period. You can wait for other purchases and request shipping when you're ready, keeping your details up to date and collaborating to resolve issues.
Standard consolidation included
You can group received items. The team will assess your compatibility and prepare the package according to accepted instructions. Consolidating can reduce expenses, although a larger package may also change rates or need to be split due to restrictions.
Decisions before spending
The quote shows the known purchase amount. The shipment is presented after weighing and measuring the package. In-person purchases and special services require previously accepted conditions and costs.
Support and tracking
You can check orders and incidents with your ID AJ and operation identifiers. If a problem arises, we evaluate who should intervene and what documents are required. We do not promise a result that depends on a store, customs or carrier.
