How does Aiyu Japan work?

Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to give you full control over your shopping in Japan:

Copy the link to the Japanese product you would like to buy and enter the required details, such as size, color, or quantity.

We check the item’s availability, product price, domestic shipping within Japan, and any related costs. Then, we send you a quote for your approval.

Once you approve the quote, complete your payment securely. After payment is received, we will purchase the products on your behalf.

We receive your products at our warehouse in Osaka and notify you once they have been registered in your account.

When you are ready, select the products you would like to ship. You can also consolidate multiple packages into a single shipment.

We measure and weigh your package to show you the available shipping options. You choose the shipping method and complete the payment.

We ship your package and provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.
