Receipt and identification
Use the address assigned to your account and your ID AJ on every purchase sent to the locker. If the store does not allow adding the ID, notify before sending and provide the purchase reference and tracking.
Carrier confirmation may precede internal registration. Aiyu verifies physical receipt, identifies the recipient, and records the package. If it appears delivered and does not appear on the account, send the information to locate it; Please do not repurchase the product based solely on that difference in condition.
Storage included
Regular storage of eligible purchases is free, with no recurring fee or general maximum term. Waiting for other purchases does not generate an automatic fee. This policy applies to items compatible with the facility and normal use of the service.
Items requiring cold, special conditions, large surface area or hazardous treatment require specific acceptance before shipping. Its reception is not guaranteed. Any extraordinary services and their cost must be agreed, without retroactively converting free storage into a charge.
Access and necessary inspections
Aiyu may inspect the packaging or open it when necessary to identify, protect, consolidate or comply with a security or customs obligation. The intervention will be limited to the necessary objective. Receipt does not include a technical inspection of the product or authentication. Consult Inspections.
Unidentified packages
We may request invoice, tracking and sender information to assign them correctly. Available records will be preserved and a reasonable solution will be sought. A package is not delivered to someone who cannot prove that it belongs to them.
Problematic merchandise and inactivity
If a risk appears, an unadmitted item, an overdue debt, account closure or a problem that prevents maintaining custody, Aiyu will contact the customer to arrange a shipment, return or other lawful solution. The communication will identify the problem, options, and any applicable external or security deadlines.
Inactivity alone does not limit ordinary free storage or transfer ownership to Aiyu. The return or disposal of goods is only carried out with valid authorization, legal mandate or applicable procedure. Costs and instructions are documented.
Emergencies and end of custody
In the event of immediate danger, deterioration that compromises other assets or order of authority, necessary and proportionate measures may be adopted, with notice as soon as practicable. Costs will be allocated according to the cause and legal obligations, not through an indiscriminate charge.
Custody ends according to the documented delivery to the operator or authorized recipient, without eliminating claims for events that occurred during the management of Aiyu. In-person pickup is not offered.
Restricted products received in locker
Receipt does not guarantee international shipping. If the product is not admissible, it will not be shipped via that route. The customer may indicate another acceptable address within Japan and pay the shipping costs, request evaluation of another legal route, or authorize disposal.
