    1. Operator, scope, and contract documents

Aiyu Japan is operated by SERRUDO 合同会社, identified in English as SERRUDO LLC, and based in Osaka, Japan. Corporate information is provided in the Company Profile and Commercial Disclosure. Contact: info@aiyujapan.com.

These terms govern the account and accepted services for purchasing on request, forwarding address services, storage, consolidation, additional services, and shipment management. The specific policies linked herein and the quotation accepted for each transaction, in the version presented before contracting, also form part of the agreement.

Applicable mandatory rules shall always prevail. A specifically and expressly agreed term shall prevail over a general term only with respect to the matter it governs and to the extent permitted by law. Advertisements, estimates, and general responses do not replace a confirmed quotation.

    2. Definitions and nature of the service

Customer means the account holder who authorizes the service. Seller means the originating store, platform, or private individual. Order means an accepted request to purchase or manage an item. Package means the physical unit received or prepared. Shipment means the transportation requested for one or more items.

Purchases managed by Aiyu Japan are made through SERRUDO 合同会社 for the customer's account and at the customer's expense. Receipts for those purchases are issued in the company's name. This does not apply to purchases made directly by the customer using the forwarding address service; in that case, the customer is the buyer in relation to the store.

Products and packages are associated with the user's account. Shipping labels identify the user by first and last name as the recipient, together with the confirmed delivery details. The fact that the seller's receipt is issued in the name of SERRUDO 合同会社 does not require the company's name to be used as the final recipient.

Describing Aiyu commercially as an intermediary does not remove its legal or contractual obligations. Aiyu does not manufacture or authenticate products as part of its ordinary service and remains responsible for its own performance under these terms.

    3. Account requirements and representation

To enter into a contract, you must be at least 18 years old and have contractual capacity under the law applicable to you. A legal entity must act through an authorized representative. Do not use another person's identity, false information, or a payment method without the holder's authorization.

Keep your email address, mailing address, and telephone number up to date; safeguard your credentials and report unauthorized access. Aiyu may request proportionate and relevant information to verify identity, payment authorization, or customs compliance. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The account is personal. Selling or transferring it, circumventing restrictions through multiple accounts, and using the service for unlawful transactions are prohibited. Holding an account does not, by itself, authorize the receipt of goods belonging to a third party.

    4. Request, acceptance, and purchase authorization

Submitting a link constitutes a request. The quotation identifies the product, variant, quantity, price, known costs, fee, and any special terms. The customer must review and correct this information before approving it.

An individual order is accepted when Aiyu confirms that it will perform the service in accordance with the approved quotation and verified payment. Automatic confirmation of payment does not constitute confirmation that the seller has accepted the purchase. Aiyu will separately report the outcome of the acquisition.

A quotation does not reserve stock. If the price increases, the listing changes, or a substitution is required, new authorization will be requested. If the purchase cannot be completed, unapplied amounts will be released or returned in accordance with Cancellations and Returns. No charges will be imposed for unapproved additional work, except for duly documented urgent measures legally necessary to prevent immediate harm.

    5. Pre-orders, auctions, and in-person purchases

Release dates are set by the manufacturer or seller and may change. An accepted pre-order will be processed under the terms disclosed for that product. Orders released on different dates may result in separate domestic shipments, which will be disclosed in the quotation when known.

An auction request must state the authorized maximum and have sufficient funds available for confirmed obligations. It does not guarantee that a bid will be placed or won. A bid already placed may be binding under the platform's rules. Any unused balance remains treated as customer funds, separate from promotional credits.

In-person visits are governed by the accepted quotation for the visit, travel, and purchase. Work performed does not become free of charge if the store has no stock; however, amounts paid for products not acquired and services not provided must be returned unless they correspond to validly agreed costs.

    6. Prices, payments, and balance

The billing currency is the Japanese yen (JPY). Conversions into other currencies are indicative unless expressly quoted. Product cost, domestic shipping, intermediary fees, additional services, international shipping, and applicable taxes or surcharges are itemized separately.

The standard purchasing service costs ¥500 per purchased item; the forwarding address service costs ¥1,000 per package received. Both fees are not charged for the same receipt of a purchase managed by Aiyu. Standard storage and consolidation are included in accordance with their respective policies.

Payments must be verified before funds are committed or a shipment is dispatched. The quotation or invoice states its due date; once a quotation expires, it may require review, without automatically creating a debt for a purchase not yet accepted. The balance terms are set out in Balance and Credits.

    7. Item information and customer obligations

The customer specifies the desired characteristics and provides accurate information. The customer must review the restrictions guide and inquire before purchasing items containing batteries, gas, alcohol, regulated ingredients, or subject to other special conditions. Sale in Japan, purchase by Aiyu, or receipt at the warehouse does not guarantee admission into a destination that has not yet been verified.

Aiyu checks admissibility when shipment is requested. If an item cannot be shipped, the customer may authorize forwarding to an eligible address in Japan, another international route that is actually available, or lawful disposal. The customer is responsible, upon prior disclosure, for costs arising from a restricted purchase made without consultation. This does not exclude Aiyu's liability for an erroneous approval or its own error.

When using the forwarding address service, the customer declares the true contents and value and retains supporting documents. Aiyu may exceptionally request original purchase or product documents when necessary for shipping, customs, or a specific verification. Original documents for every purchase are not required by default.

Aiyu will reject requests that are unlawful or incompatible with applicable terms. Instructions to falsify invoices, contents, value, ingredients, origin, or recipients will not be accepted. This obligation does not excuse errors by Aiyu when handling correct information. See Prohibited and Restricted Items.

    8. Receipt, storage, and inspection

A domestic carrier's “delivered” status does not mean that the package has been identified and registered to the account. Receipt is confirmed after the package has been checked at the warehouse. The customer must use the address shown in the account and their AJ ID.

Standard storage is free of charge and has no general maximum term. Reasonable cooperation is required to resolve issues involving dangerous goods, missing identification, account closure, or outstanding obligations. Aiyu does not acquire ownership of goods or destroy them merely because time has passed.

Receipt does not include functional testing or certification of authenticity. Opening, inspection, photography, and handling are limited to the authorized service or justified needs relating to safety, identification, packaging, or compliance. See Storage and Inspections.

    9. Consolidation, shipping, and customs

The customer must review the items, address, and shipping method before paying for shipment. Aiyu will prepare the package in accordance with the agreed service. Changes after packaging or delivery to the carrier may be impracticable or incur actual costs disclosed in advance.

Transit times are estimates unless an express guarantee applies. Engagement, receipt, and delivery are evidenced by records, not solely by internal labels. An “In Progress” status indicates preparation and does not confirm departure from the warehouse.

The recipient is responsible for the import procedures and charges applicable under the route and governing law. An estimate does not guarantee the amount assessed by customs. The obligations are detailed in Customs and Taxes, and incidents are addressed in Claims and Coverage.

    10. Cancellation, returns, and recovery of funds

Whether an order can be stopped depends on its stage and the obligations already incurred. As a general commercial term, a completed purchase cannot be cancelled free of charge merely because the customer changes their mind; mandatory rights and the seller's disclosed terms apply.

Aiyu will address incidents arising from its own performance and substantiated requests involving the seller or carrier. No general waiver of claims is imposed, nor will promotional credit replace a refund that is legally due. Every deduction must be identified, relate to a service provided or a permitted cost, and not duplicate a recovery already obtained.

    11. Liability and limitations

When an error by Aiyu Japan or its personnel causes an incorrect purchase, omission of an item, damage while in custody, or inadequate packaging, Aiyu will bear 100% of the expenses necessary to correct that error and any substantiated direct damages attributable to it. The customer will not bear the expense of remedying Aiyu's own breach.

The remedy may include shipping the omitted item, replacement, a repair accepted by the customer, or the refund applicable to the item and affected charges. The incident, remedy, and amounts will be identified without duplicating compensation for the same loss. See Claims and Coverage.

Carrier coverage is separate: the basic EMS limit of ¥20,000 does not limit the expenses Aiyu must bear for its own error. Declining additional coverage likewise does not constitute a waiver of claims arising from that error.

Acts of sellers, carriers, or other third parties are not automatically attributable to Aiyu. Aiyu's obligations concerning management, custody, packaging, and information, and the customer's mandatory rights, remain unaffected. Resale profits, increases in the value of collectibles, and performance outside the scope of the order are not guaranteed. Any exclusion is limited to what the law permits and does not cover willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded.

    12. Non-payment, fraud, misuse, and suspension

Aiyu may pause the affected transaction where there are reasonable indications of fraud, unauthorized payment, unlawful goods, a security threat, or an undisputed overdue debt. The reason will be provided where possible, and the customer will be allowed to provide clarification. The scope of the measure must be proportionate.

Threats, harassment, and deliberate use of the service to break the law may justify account closure. Criticism, a negative review, or a good-faith claim does not, by itself, justify a penalty. Exercising rights against the payment issuer does not constitute a waiver of those rights or trigger an automatic penalty.

Account closure does not result in confiscation of funds or goods. Aiyu will explain how orders will be resolved, available amounts returned, and packages managed, without prejudice to genuinely applicable legal obligations or rights of retention. Goods will not be sold under a general authorization contained in these terms.

    13. Force majeure and continuity

Earthquakes, emergencies, government restrictions, strikes, and external failures may prevent or delay operations. Aiyu will report known effects and take reasonable measures to mitigate them. This clause does not cover avoidable negligence or permit amounts to be retained without valid grounds for services that are definitively not provided.

    14. Content, intellectual property, and links

Aiyu's brand and proprietary content may not be used to impersonate the company. Third-party rights in products, images, and trademarks remain with their respective owners. The customer may submit only content that they are legally entitled to share. Authorization to manage an order does not grant a general advertising license to use the customer's image or content.

    15. Communications, changes, and retention of the contract

Communications will be sent to the registered email address and account. The accepted version and details of each authorization will be retained. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice and their effective date; express acceptance will be requested where required.

A new version does not retroactively modify accepted purchases or charges already established, except by valid agreement or legal requirement. The applicable procedure will be followed for changes to privacy purposes or consents, and mere browsing will not replace that procedure.

    16. Governing law, claims, and severability

Japanese law is designated as the governing law of the contract, and the competent courts of Osaka shall have jurisdiction over disputes that may validly be submitted to them. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory rules, authorities, complaint mechanisms, or forums available to them under the law applicable to their case.

You may submit a complaint to info@aiyujapan.com with your AJ ID and details of the affected transaction. You are not required to exhaust this channel before exercising legal rights. If any provision is invalid, the remainder will continue in effect to the extent compatible with the contract and the law, without automatically replacing the invalid provision with the term most favorable to Aiyu.

    17. Languages

Aiyu Japan's commercial platform is available in Spanish and English. The terms presented to the customer must correspond to the same contractual version. A translation does not limit applicable mandatory rights or replace the information in the accepted quotation.
