Before purchasing or using the locker
The customer must consult the Aiyu Japan restrictions guide before paying at a store or sending items to the warehouse. Just because a product is sold in Japan does not mean that it can be exported or imported to its destination.
Admission depends on the product, quantity, composition, batteries, country and method of transportation. Aiyu controls whether the content can be dispatched when requesting delivery. Purchase or receipt does not imply complete verification for all possible destinations, which may not be known when purchasing, nor a guarantee of subsequent shipping.
Items not admitted in ordinary service

Specific exclusions from the current guidance also apply, such as those relating to cigarettes, vapes, wireless headphones and their charging cases. Aiyu trade restrictions may be stricter than a carrier's general admission.
Products with lithium batteries
As an operating rule of Aiyu, boxes with more than two lithium batteries are not prepared. Those admitted must be installed on compatible equipment and meet the capacity, security and quantity limits of the route. It is not enough to put a loose battery next to the device.
There are destinations and modalities that do not accept devices with batteries included in the shipment, even if there is only one. Admission for the specific country and method must be confirmed before purchasing.
The technical postal rule distinguishes between cells and assembled batteries: Japan Post allows, under its conditions, up to four cells or two assembled batteries installed in equipment per shipment. That distinction does not automatically extend the operating rule of Aiyu. Not just products are counted: a set can contain several batteries. Installed button batteries have specific conditions and require inspection.
Consult the official Japan Post conditions for lithium batteries. The availability of the destination must be checked again when sending.
How to request a verification
Send support the original link, quantity, country and intended method. For batteries, indicate type, capacity and how many each device contains; For cosmetics or foods, provide the label and available ingredient information. We may request the necessary technical or safety sheet.
A commit only refers to the data examined. Changing the product, its quantity, composition, destination or route requires reviewing the admission again. The absence of an automatic warning is not an authorization. Aiyu does not hide ingredients, alter documents, or accept false statements to obtain admission.
If the product cannot be shipped
Aiyu will not ship internationally via a route that does not support the item. The customer will be informed of the possible options:

When the customer purchases or sends a restricted product to the locker without consulting, they are responsible for the costs of the alternative they authorize. This impossibility does not in itself oblige Aiyu to refund the purchase made to the seller. The rule does not exclude the liability of Aiyu if it gave an erroneous approval based on complete and correct data or caused the incident due to its own error.
A product is not discarded just because the customer is slow to respond, unless there is an applicable legal basis. Urgent measures are limited to protecting people, facilities and assets.
