Upcoming Updates to Our Services and Fees

We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support of Aiyu Japan.
Following an administrative review of our services and pricing, we will soon be implementing a number of updates aimed at streamlining our operations and further improving the overall experience for our customers.
New Purchasing Service Fee
The service fee for items priced above ¥10,000 will be reduced from ¥1,000 to ¥500 per item.
With this change, our purchasing service fee will be standardized at ¥500 per item, regardless of the product's value.
Updates to Package Forwarding and Additional Services
We will also be updating the fees for our Package Forwarding (Locker) Service, as well as our storage periods and storage policies.
In addition, some optional services will be revised or discontinued, while new features and services will be introduced to better meet the evolving needs of our customers.
These updates are part of a comprehensive review of our services designed to improve our platform, optimize the management of purchases, packages, and international shipments, and provide a clearer, more convenient, and more efficient experience.
