    Update on Customer Support via WhatsApp

    Aiyu Japan would like to inform our customers that, during this past week, we experienced a technical issue affecting the management and synchronization of our WhatsApp chats.

    Due to this issue, some recent messages may have been lost or may not have been properly registered in our customer support system.

    If you contacted us recently via WhatsApp and have not yet received a response, we kindly ask you to message us again starting Monday, July 6, 2026, so our team can review your inquiry and follow up properly.

    WhatsApp is a channel we use to provide a more convenient and direct way of communication for our customers. However, due to the high volume of inquiries, it is not always possible for us to reply to all messages immediately.

    Our customer support hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Japan Standard Time (JST).

    Please also note that, in some cases, replies may take 1 to 2 business days, depending on the volume of messages received.
