What is free
Storing your items at our Osaka warehouse is free, with no time limit, as long as they are not consolidated. You can wait for other purchases without paying anything.
When the fee starts
The clock starts when your box is consolidated (ready to ship). From then on you have 10 free days to choose a shipping method and pay for it.
If you do not pay within those 10 days, a fee is charged on day 10 and again every 7 days while the box remains unpaid.
How much it costs
The fee is weekly and depends on the box size: length + width + height added together.
On small screens, swipe the table to see more columns.
| Box size (length + width + height) | Fee per week |
|---|---|
| Up to 80 cm | ¥300 |
| Up to 120 cm | ¥500 |
| Up to 160 cm | ¥800 |
| Over 160 cm or over 20 kg | ¥1,500 |
Example
A 40 × 30 × 20 cm box: 40 + 30 + 20 = 90 cm, so it costs ¥500 per week.
- You pay for shipping on day 8: no fees.
- You pay on day 12: 1 fee, ¥500.
- You pay on day 20: 2 fees, ¥1,000.
When it stops
Fees stop as soon as you pay for shipping. They also stop if the box is deconsolidated or cancelled. Fees already charged remain due.
If you have pending charges
While you have pending charges, your shipments are on hold: they cannot be quoted, paid or dispatched.
In Shipping you will see the “Late charge in” countdown for each box and the “Late charges” button, where you can pay by card, PayPal or your Aiyu credits.
If you think a charge is a mistake, appeal it from that same panel. We review it and reply; meanwhile, the shipment stays on hold.
Other charges
Deconsolidating a box that is already packed costs ¥1,000, and splitting a received package into several costs ¥600. More details in Consolidation and packaging.
