DDP Shipments to the United States via EMS

We would like to inform you that shipments to the United States are available under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option through EMS.

What is DDP?

With DDP, import taxes (customs duties) are paid in advance, before the package leaves Japan. This ensures that your shipment arrives at its destination without additional charges or customs delays at the time of delivery.

Airmail Temporarily Suspended

At this time, the Airmail service to the United States is suspended with Aiyu Japan. All shipments to this destination are sent via EMS DDP.

Cost of Import Duties

The cost of import duties averages approximately 12.5% of the product’s value, though it may vary depending on the type of item.

How does the process work?

International shipping payment: First, you pay the shipping cost EMS.
Package verification: Our team manually inspects your package.
Tax quote: We generate the quote through Zonos Prepay, the import tax prepayment platform.
Tax payment: You’ll receive the quote in your account to complete the payment and have your package shipped.

The quote is usually ready a few hours after shipping payment is made. Please keep an eye on your Aiyu Japan account and your email to avoid delays in shipment.
