Temporary suspension of purchases at some stores

Dear Customers:

We would like to inform you that several stores and online retail platforms in Japan are currently experiencing security issues and undergoing maintenance. For this reason, it is currently not possible to make purchases on sites such as AmiAmi, Yodobashi Camera, Rakuma, and [another store], among others.

This situation is beyond Aiyu Japan’s control and affects all buyers on these platforms. While this situation persists, orders that have already been paid for at these stores will be placed on hold and will be processed as soon as the stores resume normal operations, in the order in which they were received.

Your payments and orders are recorded and secure. No further action is required on your part; we will notify you as soon as shopping resumes.
