About Redeeming Coupons

You may have received Aiyu Japan coupons through Reddit, Discord, our social media channels, or other platforms. At this time, these coupons cannot be applied directly at checkout; they must first be redeemed in your account.

How to redeem them: Go to My Account → Coupons, enter the code, and select “Redeem.” The coupon will be saved to your account and ready to use. Before applying it, check whether it’s a shopping coupon (service fee) or an international shipping coupon, since each one applies only to its corresponding step in the checkout process.

We understand that this extra step may be inconvenient. Our team is already working to make it possible for you to apply your coupons directly at checkout very soon. We'll share more details as soon as this improvement is available!
