01 · How it works

From your package to Aiyu Credits

Aiyunboxing is available to customers who have received a shipment from Aiyu Japan. Share your experience, submit your post, and our team will review your content.

STEP 01

Receive your package

Your Shipment ID must appear as Delivered in the tracking URL.

STEP 02

Share your experience

Post photos, an unboxing, a haul, or an authentic review of the products you received on one or more social media platforms.

STEP 03

Submit your links

Open Aiyunboxing from your dashboard and submit the URLs of your posts within the eligibility period — up to 10 days after receiving your package. Submit one social platform at a time.

STEP 04

Receive your reward

If your submission is approved, your Aiyu Credits will be added directly to your account balance.

Your opinion does not have to be positive. Positive, neutral, or critical feedback can all qualify as long as it is authentic, respectful, and useful.

You can use any of our accepted platforms. If you share the same shipment across multiple social media platforms, you can submit all of the links.

03 · Rewards

The better the content, the higher the reward

Every submission is reviewed manually. Reward amounts are provided as guidelines and depend on content quality, usefulness, presentation, creativity, engagement, and reach.

1. Simple photo + review or Story

Clear photographs accompanied by genuine and original text.

Up to ¥500

2. Photo carousel + detailed review

Multiple images, good presentation, and a useful explanation of your experience.

¥500–¥1,000

3. Video / unboxing

Videos must be at least 30 seconds long. Reach and engagement are also taken into consideration.

¥1,000–¥5,000

Did your video exceed 100,000 views? Videos reaching 100K, 500K, or more views may qualify for a special review. Aiyu Japan may contact you to offer an additional reward or special gift.

AIYU CREDITS

Your reward is added directly to your account.

If your submission is approved, you will receive your reward as Aiyu Credits. They currently have no expiration date and can be used across Aiyu Japan services.

04 · Application

Where do you submit your post?

1. Open Aiyunboxing

From your User Dashboard.

2. Select your Shipment ID

It must belong to your account and be marked as Delivered.

3. Add your posts

Paste each URL and select the corresponding social media platform.

4. Submit for review

You will be able to check the status of your submission later. You will receive the result within 48 hours.

05 · Before participating

What you need to know

Why can a submission be rejected?

A private or invalid link, deleted content, content belonging to someone else, duplicate submissions, an unverifiable Shipment ID, insufficient content, submissions outside the eligibility period, or manipulated metrics may result in rejection.

Is a reward guaranteed?

No. The reward ranges shown are guidelines only. Approval and the final reward amount depend on Aiyu Japan's evaluation.

Can I appeal a decision?

No. Decisions regarding approval, rejection, and reward amounts are final.

Can Aiyu Japan reshare my post?

Yes. By submitting an Aiyunboxing application, you authorize Aiyu Japan to review and reshare your content through its social media channels, communication platforms, and promotional materials.
