With this service, you can use the Japanese address assigned to your account, send your purchases there, and request international shipping when you are ready.
What Is the Forwarding Service?
Aiyu Japan’s forwarding service allows you to receive in Japan the products you purchase directly from Japanese online stores.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse in Osaka, our team registers it in your account. From there, you can review your package, store it, consolidate it with other orders, or request international shipping.
This service is ideal for customers who are already able to purchase directly from Japanese stores but need a reliable Japanese address to receive their products.
When Should You Use the Forwarding Service?
The forwarding service is a good option if:

How to Get Your Japanese Address
To use this service, you must first create an account with Aiyu Japan. After registering, you will be able to access your user dashboard, where you will find the Japanese address you should use when shopping from Japanese online stores.
It is important to copy the information exactly as it appears in your account. The address may include details such as the assigned name, postal code, warehouse address, contact phone number, and your user ID.
The most important detail is your user code, for example: AJ00003. This code allows us to identify that the package belongs to your account.
Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Forwarding Service
1. Create your account
Register with Aiyu Japan and access your user dashboard.
2. Copy your Japanese address
Use the address shown inside your account. Do not modify the details or translate them manually.
3. Purchase from the Japanese store
At checkout, enter Aiyu Japan’s address as the delivery address within Japan.
4. Include your user number
Always include your user code in the corresponding field. If a package arrives without clear identification, processing may take longer.
5. Wait for your package to be registered
When the package arrives at the warehouse, Aiyu Japan will register it in your account. Forwarding packages are usually registered within 48 hours after receipt.
6. Request consolidation or international shipping
Once your packages are ready, you can request consolidation, additional services, or international shipping.

If a store splits one purchase into multiple shipments, each received package is registered separately and the corresponding forwarding service fee applies to each package.

One of the main advantages of the forwarding service is that you can receive purchases from different Japanese stores and then request that they be consolidated into one international package.

If you wish to keep original boxes for figures, collectibles, or limited-edition products, you must request this before requesting consolidation or international shipping.
