How to use our Forwarding service in Japan.
Shop directly from Japanese stores, receive your packages at our Osaka warehouse, combine your purchases and request international shipping whenever you are ready.
Forwarding Service · You make the purchase
Some Japanese stores do not offer international shipping or only accept delivery addresses within Japan. Aiyu Japan's Forwarding Service allows you to use a Japanese receiving address linked to our warehouse in Osaka.
You place and pay for the order directly with the Japanese store. The store sends the order to Aiyu Japan and, once the package reaches our warehouse, we register it to your account.
From your account, you can keep the package in storage, combine it with other purchases, request available add-on services, or prepare your international shipment.
When to use the Forwarding Service
Forwarding is recommended when you can complete the purchase directly with the Japanese store but need a Japanese domestic address to receive the order.
Find your Japanese address
After creating an Aiyu Japan account, open your user dashboard. There you will find the Japanese address and information to use when placing orders for domestic delivery within Japan.
Copy the information exactly as it appears in your account. Depending on the store, you may need to enter the recipient name, postal code, warehouse address, telephone number and your Aiyu ID.
How it works
You make the purchase directly from the Japanese store and use the address provided by Aiyu Japan. When the package reaches our Osaka warehouse, our team processes and registers it to your account.

Make your purchase and use your Aiyu Japan address as the delivery destination within Japan.

We receive your package
When your package reaches our Osaka warehouse, we process and register it to your account.

Consolidate or request shipping
Combine eligible packages or request international shipping whenever they are ready.

Pay and receive your package
Choose an available shipping method, complete payment and receive your shipment with tracking.
Storage and consolidation
You can keep packages at our warehouse while waiting for additional purchases. Storage is currently free with no time limit.
When you are ready, eligible packages can be consolidated into one international shipment. Standard consolidation is free.
Consolidation helps organize your purchases and may help optimize international shipping costs depending on final weight, dimensions, destination country and available shipping method.

The receiving fee applies to each physical package received at our Osaka warehouse.

International shipping is calculated separately based on the selected method, final weight, package dimensions, destination and carrier conditions.
Forwarding Service vs. Shopping Agent
The main difference between the two services is who completes the original purchase.
Forwarding Service
Who makes the purchase: you purchase directly from the Japanese store.
Recommended for: customers who can complete the purchase themselves and only need a Japanese receiving address.
Shopping Agent
Who makes the purchase: Aiyu Japan purchases the product on your behalf.
Recommended for: customers who cannot purchase directly or need assistance with the Japanese store.
Both services can be used under the same account, and eligible packages can be consolidated before international shipping.
Important information before purchasing
A Japanese store being able to deliver a product to our warehouse does not necessarily mean that the product can later be shipped internationally.
Products to check before purchasing
We recommend confirming shipping availability before purchasing:
- Cosmetics and liquids.
- Snacks, food, vitamins or supplements.
- Electronic products containing batteries.
- Large or unusually heavy items.
- Fragile or high-value products.
- Products subject to import restrictions in the destination country.

Frequently asked questions
Can I purchase from different Japanese stores?
Yes. You can receive packages from different Japanese stores under the same Aiyu Japan account.
Can I combine multiple packages?
Yes. Eligible packages can be consolidated before international shipping. Standard consolidation is currently free.
What happens if I do not include my Aiyu ID?
Additional verification may be required before the package can be assigned to your account, which may delay registration.
Does Aiyu Japan purchase the product for me?
Not when using the Forwarding Service. If you want Aiyu Japan to purchase the product on your behalf, use the Shopping Agent service.
Is international shipping included in the ¥1,000 fee?
No. The ¥1,000 fee covers receipt of the forwarding package. International shipping is calculated separately.
How long does package registration take?
Forwarding packages are normally registered within 48 hours after physical receipt at our Osaka warehouse.
Can every item received in Japan be shipped internationally?
No. Availability depends on Japanese regulations, carrier restrictions, the characteristics of the product and the import rules of the destination country.
