We search for you
Our team will search for the product in Japanese stores, auctions, and markets. We'll provide you with available options and prices.
We buy the item
Once you approve the option, we proceed to buy the item on your behalf following your specifications.
Normal process
The item follows the standard AIYU JAPAN process: it arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it, and then ship it to your address.
When to use commission service?

Commission Fees
This fee covers our team's time and effort to search and contact sellers. AIYU JAPAN's standard service fees also apply to the final purchase.
