After Buying
What happens from when you pay your quote until your package is ready to leave Osaka for your country.
Confirmation & Payment
Once Aiyu Japan reviews your request, it issues a final quote. The purchase is only made after confirming your payment. You can choose to pay or cancel the quote.
Request received
Aiyu Japan checks availability and price.
Quote issued
You receive the quote valid for 3 days.
Payment confirmed
Aiyu Japan proceeds to make the purchase.
Purchase completed
The package is on its way to the warehouse.

| Price changes before purchase | Cancelled and the amount is returned as internal credit. |
| Unexpected domestic shipping appears | The charge may be added later to the account, usually together with international shipping. |
Quote validity
The quote is valid for 3 days. After this period it may require a new price and stock review.
Refunds
Refunds are normally returned as Aiyu Japan internal credit. They cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Arrival at the Osaka Warehouse
When the package arrives at the Osaka warehouse, we weigh it, register it in your account and send you an email notification. We do not open or inspect the contents by default.
Shipping damage
If the package shows significant visible damage upon receipt, we will notify you immediately.
Shopping agent
- Weight recorded upon receipt.
- Exact measurements only if necessary.
- Basic photo included at no cost.
- Notification by email and in your account.
Locker (your own purchase)
- Weight and dimensions recorded.
- Basic photo not included.
- Full package information displayed.
- Notification by email and in your account.
Estimated times
- Domestic transit in Japan: 3 – 5 days
- Pre-orders or products with a future date may take longer.
- If it takes more than a week, contact support.
Package photos
Basic photo: Free only for agent purchases.
Basic photo for Locker:Not included.
Detailed photo:¥500 — physical condition and visible damage.
Storage
Aiyu Japan offers free storage with no current time limit. You can wait for all your products to arrive before requesting consolidation or international shipping.
Packages without identification
If a package arrives without your user number, it may not be processed or take several days to locate. Always include your user number on shipments to the warehouse.
Reminders
If you have packages stored for a long time, you will receive weekly reminders so you don't forget about your pending items.
Package Consolidation
Consolidation allows you to combine packages from different stores, dates and services into a single international box. It is free and compatible with agent purchases and lockers.

The volume reduction service may affect the original boxes of collectible figures. Request it with clear and precise instructions.
