Before Buying
Everything you need to know before placing your first purchase request in Japan with Aiyu Japan.
How to Submit a Purchase Request
To submit a purchase request, log into your account, paste the product URL and complete all required fields. We will review availability and issue a final quote.

Product name
To identify the item inside your account.
Specify quantity
Exact number of units you want.
Special instructions
Size, color, model, version, etc.
Submit the request
We will send you the quote for your review.
Editing requests
Important Cases
Invalid URL: The request will be rejected and an email will be sent to correct it.
Variants: You must specify the exact option (size/color/model).
Incorrect Info: The responsibility lies with the client if purchased following their instructions.
Aiyu Japan Error: If something different from the confirmed instructions is bought, we assume responsibility.
Multiple Products: You can add several items without a defined limit on products or value.
What Information You Must Provide

- Size XL, red color, 2026 model.
- Buy only if new, not used.
- Choose the Japanese version, not the international edition.
- Do not buy if the seller changes the price.
- If there are several options, select option A / blue variant.

Fees & Costs
Our pricing structure is transparent: Shopping Agent costs ¥500 per item, regardless of its value. International shipping is calculated separately once the package arrives at the warehouse.

Specific measurement / review
A specific measurement or review requested by the customer.
Priority shipment preparation
Priority consolidation and warehouse preparation.
Standard protection
Protective material and extra taping for the final package.
Inspection / functionality test
Product power-on and functionality check.
Deconsolidation fee
To undo an already completed consolidation.
Additional logistics charges
Extra costs caused by circumstances outside Aiyu Japan, such as seller charges, local taxes, or logistics differences.
Detailed photo
Original packaging opening and photos of condition or damage.
Product video
Unboxing video up to 1 minute long.
Maximum protection
Internal bubble wrap, full taping, and hard corner protectors.
Volume reduction for figures
Opening, figure protection, and flattening of the original box.
Content photo
Transport box opening and photo of the unopened product packaging.
Vacuum sealing (L - XL)
For clothing, blankets, or plushies; reduces volumetric weight.
Invoice removal
Removal of original receipts and price tags.
Individual item protection
Additional protective packaging applied to one product.
Split one item into groups
Create 2 to 5 groups from one item's units. Two groups cost ¥1,500, and each additional group costs ¥500.
Domestic Shipping in Japan
Some stores charge domestic shipping within Japan. It usually ranges between ¥200 and ¥1,250, depending on the store and the product.
International shipping
International shipping cost is not included in the initial quote. It is calculated after the package arrives at the warehouse and can be accurately weighed and measured.
Payment Methods
We accept secure payment methods compatible with international clients. Wise and cryptocurrencies are not currently available.
Stripe
Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among other available methods.
PayPal
Secure payment using your PayPal account.
Aiyu Japan Credits
Internal balance of your account.
Bank transfer
Coordinate with support: info@aiyujapan.com
Payment currency
All payments are made in Japanese Yen (JPY). We recommend this to avoid conversion fees from your bank.
Internal credits
Can be used for purchases and shipments. They cannot be withdrawn as cash. Refunds are typically returned as credit.
