Restrictions
Check which products can be purchased or shipped before making your request. Knowing the restrictions avoids failed purchases, rejections and unnecessary costs.
Restricted or Prohibited Items
Aiyu Japan must comply with Japanese laws, export regulations, rules of active carriers and destination country restrictions. Some products cannot be purchased, stored, consolidated or shipped internationally.
Not accepted products
Sprays and aerosols
Not accepted.
Fireworks and explosives
Not accepted.
Weapons, ammunition, knives and dangerous items
Not accepted if prohibited by law or carriers.
Loose batteries
Not accepted for international shipping.
Power banks / portable battery chargers
Not accepted.
Wireless earphones and charging cases
Not accepted.
E-cigarettes / vapes
Not accepted.
Cigarettes
Not accepted.
Adult products prohibited by Japan Post or carriers
Not accepted according to Japan Post and active carrier rules.
Counterfeit products, illegal replicas or controlled substances
Not accepted.
Flammable or dangerous products
Not accepted if they violate international transport standards.
Products with special conditions
Perfumes, sunscreens and similar liquids
Could only be accepted if they meet carrier rules, alcohol limits and applicable flash/ignition point.
Snacks, sweets, vitamins and supplements
Can be accepted depending on the destination country and its import restrictions.
Products with internal battery
Only for countries and methods that accept batteries. Maximum 2 products with battery per package.
Nintendo Switch (example)
Would not be accepted in a single package because it counts as 3 batteries: console + two Joy-Cons.
Electronics without battery
Can be accepted if they do not violate destination country or carrier restrictions.
Locker and prohibited products
If you send a prohibited product to the locker, Aiyu Japan will not carry out international shipping. Depending on the case, it may offer options such as:
- Resend the product to another address within Japan.
- Dispose of the package according to customer instructions.

Available Countries
Aiyu Japan offers international shipping to multiple countries. Real availability depends on active carriers, destination country, product type, weight, dimensions and current restrictions.

Variable availability
If Japan Post, DHL or UPS do not accept shipments to a country or for a type of product, Aiyu Japan will not be able to dispatch by that method. Restrictions may change. Check the available options from your account when requesting the shipment.
Special services by country
Paraguay
It has special private services: private air shipping and private sea shipping.
United States
It has mandatory prepaid customs duties handling: 10% of the commercial value of the product + ¥720 clearance/customs service fee. Aiyu Japan prepays it before dispatch.

Legal operator
Aiyu Japan is operated by SERRUDO LLC (合同会社).
Intermediary
Aiyu Japan acts as a purchasing and logistics intermediary. It is not the seller, manufacturer or official distributor of the products.
Customer responsibility
The customer must provide correct links, correct variants, real shipping data and content/value declaration for locker.
No default inspection
Packages are not opened or inspected internally unless requested or for operational/safety needs.
Refunds
Normally performed as internal non-withdrawable credits.
Credits
Can be used for purchases and international shipments; cannot be withdrawn as money.
Customs declaration
Aiyu Japan always declares the real value. It does not under-declare or declare as a gift.
Damage and loss
Aiyu Japan helps with carrier claims, but cannot refund without evidence such as photos or videos.
User conduct
Aiyu Japan may refuse service for fraudulent, suspicious use, prohibited products or inappropriate communication.
