How to Use and Recharge Credits in Your Aiyu Japan Account
In Aiyu Japan, credits work as available balance inside your account. This balance can be used to reduce the cost of certain payments on the platform, mainly for Shopping Agent orders and international shipping requests.
Credits may be generated from cancellations, refunds, billing adjustments, or manual recharges made by the user. They are also useful if you want to prepare balance in advance for future purchases, shipments, or auctions.

What are Aiyu Japan credits?
Credits are internal balance available inside your Aiyu Japan account. This balance is displayed in Japanese yen and can be used to fully or partially pay certain eligible costs on the platform.

Purchase requests made by Aiyu Japan at Japanese stores on your behalf.

02 · Balance origin
How can I get credits?
You can receive credits in different situations. These credits will remain available for future eligible requests within Aiyu Japan.

Order cancellation
If you cancel an order that was already paid, the corresponding amount may return to your account as credits.

Shipping cancellation
If you cancel an international shipment that was already paid, the amount may be converted into credits inside your account.

Returns or refunds
If a return or approved refund applies, the amount may be added to your account as credits.

Manual recharge
You can also recharge credits directly for future purchases, international shipping, or auctions.
Claims
Unboxing video proof
To claim an issue related to the contents received, an unboxing or package-opening video is required. Without this proof, it may not be possible to properly validate the claim.

In addition to receiving credits from cancellations, refunds, or adjustments, you can recharge credits directly from your Aiyu Japan account.

Steps to recharge credits
Log in to your account
Access your account from aiyujapan.com.
Open the credits section
Go to the credits or available balance section inside your dashboard.
Select recharge credits
Enter the amount you would like to add.
Generate the payment link
Complete the payment using the available payment method.
Check your balance
Once the payment is confirmed, the amount will be added to your account as credits.

Recharge example
If you recharge ¥20,000 in your account, that amount will become available as credits. You can then use it for purchases or international shipping.
The remaining balance will stay available in your account and can be used later for another order or international shipment.

Where can I see my credit balance?
Your credit balance will always be visible inside your Aiyu Japan account. You can find it in different parts of the platform.

06 · Purchase usage
How to use credits for Shopping Agent orders
You can use your credits when submitting a purchase request through the Shopping Agent service. This service applies when Aiyu Japan buys the product for you from a Japanese store.
Steps to use credits for an order
Log in to your account at aiyujapan.com.
Submit the request for the product you want to buy.
Select the option “Use my credits for this order”.
Choose whether to use all your credits or a custom amount.

The payment link you receive will already include the discount from the credits applied.
07 · Shipping usage
Using credits for international shipping
You can also use your credits when requesting an international shipping quotation. This allows you to reduce the cost of shipping from Japan to your country.

This way, you can use only part of your balance and keep the rest for a future purchase or international shipment.
08 · Flexibility
Can I use partial credits?
Yes. You can use your credits partially or fully, depending on your preference. You can also combine them with a regular payment if your balance does not cover the full amount.

This lets you keep balance for future purchases or shipments.

If your credits do not cover the total, you only pay the difference.

09 · Balance protection
What happens if I request to use more credits than necessary?
The system is designed to protect your balance. If you request to use an amount higher than the final cost, only the credits needed to cover the payment will be used.
Case 1
The final cost is lower
If you request to use ¥10,000, but the final quotation is ¥7,000, only ¥7,000 will be used. The remaining ¥3,000 will stay in your balance.
Case 2
Credits do not cover everything
If you request to use ¥5,000 and the final cost is ¥8,000, ¥5,000 will be applied and you will only need to pay the remaining ¥3,000.
10 · Conditions
Important restrictions
Credits can be used for Shopping Agent orders and international shipping, but they do not apply to the Japanese Address / Locker service fee of ¥1,000 per received package.

Credits and auctions
If you want to participate in auctions, we recommend having credits loaded in your account beforehand. This helps process the request more efficiently, as long as the auction meets the necessary conditions and your balance is sufficient.

Recommendations before using your credits
Check your available balance in the top menu of your account.
Review the final quoted cost before confirming payment.
Keep in mind that credits do not expire, so you can save them for later.
Remember that credits cannot be used for the locker service fee.
If you plan to participate in an auction, make sure you have enough balance before sending your request.
