Before Buying
Everything you need to know before submitting your first request: quotation process, required information, official rates, and payment methods.
How to Submit a Purchase Request
Log into your account, paste the product link, and fill in the required fields. We will check availability at the Japanese store and issue your quote promptly.
Copy product link
Copy the direct link from the Japanese store (Yahoo Auctions, Mercari, Rakuten, etc.).
Paste URL into your account
Use the request option in your dashboard. Screenshots are not accepted.
Specify quantity & variants
Indicate exact units, size, color, edition, or model required to avoid confusion.
Review & quotation
We calculate the total including Shopping Agent (¥500/item) and domestic shipping if applicable.
Approval & purchase
You pay the quote using your balance or card, and we complete the purchase in Japan.
Editing requests
You can edit or cancel your request before paying. Once paid and purchased in the Japanese store, changes cannot be made.

What Information You Must Provide
When creating your request on the platform, make sure to provide the following details to ensure a fast and accurate purchase.

Can't find the product link?
You can message us on social media with a photo or description of the item. Our team in Osaka will help you find it in local stores and Japanese marketplaces.
Fees & Costs
Our fee structure is straightforward: Shopping Agent service is ¥500 per item, regardless of its value. International shipping is calculated by weight and size once received in Osaka.

Common Additional Services
Domestic Shipping in Japan
Some sellers charge domestic shipping from their store to our Osaka warehouse (usually ¥200 – ¥1,250). This cost is included in your initial quote.
International Shipping
Not charged in the first quote. Calculated once all your parcels are in Osaka, consolidated and weighed, allowing you to choose your preferred carrier.
Payment Methods
We accept secure and internationally verified payment options. Wise and cryptocurrencies are not currently accepted.
Billing currency: Japanese Yen (JPY)
All quotes and charges are processed in JPY. Your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their official exchange rate.
Internal balance use
If a quoted item goes out of stock before purchase, the paid amount is immediately credited back to your internal balance for future orders or refund.
Balance, Credits & Coupons
Your Aiyu Japan account features an internal wallet to manage your funds, promotional balances, and discount coupons clearly and securely.
Funded balance
Funds topped up by you for purchases or shipping. If an order isn't placed, the available balance can be refunded to the original payment method.
Promo credits
Earned through rewards (such as Aiyunboxing) or service compensations. They do not expire and apply to orders and shipping; non-withdrawable as cash.
Discount coupons
Codes applicable to handling fees or international shipping. Each coupon details its expiration date, minimum purchase requirement, and conditions.
Pre-authorization of funds
When authorizing an order, the required balance is reserved for payment in Japan. Once completed it settles; if unavailable, the reserved amount is released back to your wallet.
Estimated Shipping Calculator
Our calculator allows you to estimate international shipping costs before purchasing. It helps ensure the shipment fits your budget prior to ordering.
Inside the tool you will find reference weights for manga (~180g), boxed figures (~400g–1kg), video games (~120g), or clothing when stores do not specify exact weight.
Results are estimates based on user inputs. The final cost is confirmed after packing, weighing, and measuring the parcel at our Osaka facility.
