Before Buying
Everything you need to know before placing your first purchase request in Japan with Aiyu Japan.
How to Submit a Purchase Request
To submit a purchase request, log into your account, paste the product URL and complete all required fields. We will review availability and issue a final quote.

Product name
To identify the item inside your account.
Specify quantity
Exact number of units you want.
Special instructions
Size, color, model, version, etc.
Submit the request
We will send you the quote for your review.
Editing requests
You can edit a request before it is quoted. Once payment is made, the request can no longer be modified.
Important Cases
Invalid URL: The request will be rejected and an email will be sent to correct it.
Variants: You must specify the exact option (size/color/model).
Incorrect Info: The responsibility lies with the client if purchased following their instructions.
Aiyu Japan Error: If something different from the confirmed instructions is bought, we assume responsibility.
Multiple Products: You can add several items without a defined limit on products or value.
What Information You Must Provide

- Size XL, red color, 2026 model.
- Buy only if new, not used.
- Choose the Japanese version, not the international edition.
- Do not buy if the seller changes the price.
- If there are several options, select option A / blue variant.

Fees & Costs
Our pricing structure is transparent. The commission depends on the product value. International shipping is calculated separately once the package arrives at the warehouse.

| Consolidation | Free | Included in all services. |
| Storage | Free | Currently unlimited for an indefinite period. |
| Stripe processing | 3.9 % | On the total amount processed by Stripe. |

Basic photo
Only for agent purchases.
Detailed photo
Physical condition and visible damage.
Video / unboxing
Video up to 1 minute long.
Volume reduction (Figures)
Removal/flattening of original box.
De-consolidation / Cancellation
To undo an already completed consolidation.
Bubble wrap
Internal protection for the item.
Maximum protection
Double taping + corner guards.
Vacuum seal L / XL
For clothing or plush toys.
Domestic Shipping in Japan
Some stores charge domestic shipping within Japan. It usually ranges between ¥200 and ¥1,250, depending on the store and the product.
International shipping
International shipping cost is not included in the initial quote. It is calculated after the package arrives at the warehouse and can be accurately weighed and measured.
Payment Methods
We accept secure payment methods compatible with international clients. PayPal, Wise and cryptocurrencies are not currently available.
Stripe
Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among other available methods.
Aiyu Japan Credits
Internal balance of your account.
Bank transfer

Payment currency
All payments are made in Japanese Yen (JPY). We recommend this to avoid conversion fees from your bank.
Internal credits
Can be used for purchases and shipments. They cannot be withdrawn as cash. Refunds are typically returned as credit.
