    We strictly comply with Japanese postal and trade regulations. The genuine purchase value is declared on the export commercial invoice.

    Non-negotiable export policy

    Requests to under-declare merchandise value, omit commercial invoices, or mark parcels as «Gift» cannot be accepted.

    12.5% commercial value prepayment handled prior to dispatch for streamlined customs processing.
