After Buying
The full journey after payment confirmation: tracking purchases in Japan, receipt at the Osaka facility, storage, consolidation, and Aiyunboxing rewards.
Confirmation & Payment
Once the final quote is issued, you have 3 days to confirm payment. The purchase in the Japanese store begins immediately upon fund verification.
Quote issued
We verify stock and price. You have 3 days to review and pay or cancel without fee.
Payment confirmed
Pay with card, PayPal, or balance. Funds are reserved for the purchase.
Purchase completed in Japan
We complete the order on the store or auction and notify you with tracking.
Transit to Osaka warehouse
The package travels to our Osaka facility (typically 3 to 5 business days).
Expired quotes or sold-out items
If a quote expires after 3 days, a stock re-check is required. If an item sells out before purchase, 100% of your money is immediately refunded to your wallet.

Cancellations & Refunds
Aiyu Japan acts as a purchasing intermediary in Japan. Cancellations depend on order status and seller commercial terms.
- •Unpaid quote: cancel freely with one click.
- •If the item is out of stock, refund is immediate and 100%.
- •Mercari, Yahoo, and Japanese shops do not accept returns due to change of mind.
- •In exceptional returns authorized by seller, domestic shipping and fee (¥500) apply.
Arrival at the Osaka Warehouse
When your package arrives at our Osaka warehouse, it is weighed, externally inspected, and registered to your dashboard with email notification.
- •Weighing and external box check.
- •Basic contents photo included at no extra cost.
- •Automatic assignment to your order number.
- •Receipt and logging by Japanese carrier tracking number.
- •Your user ID must be in the delivery address or name.
- •Flat receiving fee: ¥1,000 per package.
Parcels with visible damage
If a box arrives crushed or opened by the local Japanese courier, we photograph it upon receipt and contact you before processing.
Storage
At Aiyu Japan, ordinary storage is completely free with no general expiration deadline. You can purchase from multiple stores and wait for everything to arrive before consolidating.
Package Consolidation
Consolidation combines parcels from different purchases and stores into a single international box, significantly reducing shipping costs compared to individual shipments.

Original box optimization
By default we preserve retail collector boxes. If you wish to discard bulky external boxes to reduce shipping dimensions, specify it when requesting consolidation.

Maximum cap & privacy
